This is the computers way of eliminating files that are no longer necessary on a particular disk and rearranging items that are left in such a way that it is easier to find the files. You will simply need to right click on the drive that you want to perform this task on from “my computer” and then choose the “disk defrag” option. This may take some time to complete. However, once it does, you should restart the system that has the shared workgroup calendar function and enjoy the improved speed.
