This is a wonderful way to keep intruders out and your systems up and running without facing the possibility of losing important data and incurring costs that are associated with these types of problems.

This is especially true if the emails come with an attachment. If you are not familiar with the person or business that sent the email, do not open it. If you have issues with how the email looks, do not download any data from it. A quick download such as those as received in emails can cause a computer to be invaded by a virus. This virus can then spread quickly to other computers on a shared network resulting in many complications.
